Appearance: Moontail is a pretty young she-cat with long grey fur. Her tail is tipped in white as well as her paws. Her underbelly is a light grey, and she has darker grey markings running down her head and back, as well as a few markings on her face.

Eye color: Ice blue

Fur color: Her fur is long and mostly grey. Her underbelly is a lighter grey than the rest of her body.

Any markings: She has a white-tipped tail, white socks on her paws, and dark grey markings on her face, head, and back.

Scars: N/A

Personality: 
Likes: Hunting, cleaning her fur, sunning herself, protecting the clan, kits and apprentices

Dislikes: Rivers, no prey, Leafbare, unloyal cats, Twolegs, dishonesty, fire, dogs

Fears: Rivers, fire, the Twolegs' monsters, famine

Other: Moontail is smart, and an excellent fighter. She also knows how to use her good looks to her advantage, and it usually works quite well. Moontail can be quite manipulative if she needs to be. She is also very kind-hearted, and loyal to her Clan, clanmates, and family.

Moontail usually acts very calmly and kindly when around her clanmates. She is gentle with the kits and apprentices, and loves to show off her fighting skills. She is also a very worthy opponent in any fight, as long as there isn't a river around. Her loyalty to her Clan shows year round.

History: Moontail was born in the middle of spring to two warriors in WindClan. When she was just a few moons the season changed to summer, and there was a drought. Prey became very scarce, and sadly her littermates didn't survive. Moontail survived the famine (obviously) and became a healthy, strong apprentice at the age of 7 moons. Due to her mother, her apprenticeship was delayed. Because of her lost kits, Moontail's mother was extremely protective over her remaining daughter. For a long time, her mother didn't allow any cats to even go near her.
Eventually Moontail was given a wise and strong mentor, a tom named Autumnpelt, who taught the young apprentice everything he knew. After Moontail became a warrior at the age of 13 moons, her and Autumnpelt grew to be very close friends. Moontail has never thought about having a mate, so that means that Autumnpelt is friend-zoned for now. (Poor guy... )

Sample RP segment: A Twoleg is chasing your OC.

Moontail backed into a bush, her hackles and tail bristling. The she-cat growled at the ugly Twoleg paw reaching for her and slashed at it with her claws. The paw quickly recoiled. The Twoleg made a weird noise that was probably it trying to communicate, and tried again.

"Get away from me!" Moontail yowled, and sunk her teeth into the Twoleg's flesh. The odd creature let out a howl of pain and ran off, blood dripping off its paw. The grey Warrior spat the Twoleg's foul-tasting blood on the ground and ran off towards WindClan camp.

The section labeled appearance is merely for notes that aren't covered in the below categories. So markings and the base fur color should be in the according areas.

The SPECIALS stats are explained in the rules. It doesn't make much sense for all of them to be the same, especially because of the +5 points that each clan receives. WindClan's special stat is speed, so simply add +5 to the speed section.

If your OC is not born into that clan, he/she will have a +3 to the adopted clan's specialty, but keep +2 of their original clan. Rogues and loners receive a 3 point bonus in any of the categories instead of the +5. Kittypets get 2 point extra for one SPECIALS of their choice. Rogues or Loners who join clans will gain +1 of the adopted clan's ability, while keeping +2 of the rogue/loner category. Kittypets joining clans will keep the one point of their choice while the other goes to the adopted clans specialty.
9. The highest a stat for any of the SPECIALS can be is 10. If your OC has 6 or over in the category that will be gaining 5, remove the overdone points and add them to another part. Ex. Strength: 6. Add the 5 for being in ShadowClan. Strength: 10. Add the remaining 1 to another part, such as speed or agility

Your points add up to 40, but with the +5 speed it should also add up to 45. So leave where it says +5 at the top but also add the 5 to the speed category. But remember, there can only be 10 points in one category, so add the extra 1 to another section.

And about Autumnpelt. You say they grew close? How close? When did Moontail become a warrior? What happened after that? Did she become Autumnpelt's mate? If so, he couldn't be her mentor. If a mentor as affection for his or her apprentice, he/she will be too soft on the 'paw.
