Appearance: As a Russian Blue, Vladimir's fur is long, thick, and a handsome silvery-blue color.

Fur color: Vlad is a dark silver-grey, like most Russian Blues. He is also a long-furred cat.
Any markings: He has darker grey patterns on his sides, his paws are dark grey, and his tail is tipped with lighter grey.
Scars: He has a small nick in his left ear.
Personality: Vlad has a very odd personality. He is usually always happy on the outside, but sometimes his eyes convey something darker on the inside, something more feral. This is probably due to his dark past, which hurts him to think about.
Likes: Snow, being outside, his Nofurs, climbing trees, surveying the house and the backyard, meeting new cats and making friends
Dislikes: Rain, thunder, the vet, very large dogs, blizzards
Fears: It seems as though that Vlad is afraid of his own past. He usually doesn't like talking about it.
Other: Because Vlad's past is very dark, it almost seems like the poor cat isn't all there in the head. He sometimes is very distant, and he absolutely refuses to talk about his life before he was taken in by his Nofurs. Most of the time he is very happy and cheerful. Even though he seems to be against fighting, he will if he has to, and when he does, his demeanor changes completely. He goes from being happy to downright terrifying. Vladimir also speaks with a heavy Russian accent.

History: Vladimir was born in a dark alley in Moscow, Russia, to a skinny alley cat. He never knew his father. Along with his two sisters and mother, Vladimir struggled to survive. When he was about 7 moons old, his younger sister got attacked by a big dog and died from the wounds. Vladimir's grieving mother ran away, leaving her two young offspring behind. Vladimir and his remaining sister were left to fend for themselves at 8 moons.
Vladimir's to-be Nofurs found these two young cats when they were on a business trip to Moscow. Sadden by the cats' physical state, they took the cats home with them, to America. There, Vladimir's sister was given to another family.
It took Vlad quite a while to get accustomed to this new way of life. His Nofurs had another cat, an old tom named Bucky. Bucky became Vlad's only friend. He was also the one to teach Vladimir English Cat, because he could only speak in Russian Cat.
Sadly, Bucky died from old age. To this day, Vladimir has lived with his loving Nofurs in a nice house near the forest. There is also a horse pasture nearby, next to the house next-door.

Vladimir pushed his way through the cat-door and stepped outside, raising his nose to the air and parting his mouth to breathe in the fresh scents. A smile lit up his face and he padded out to the tree in the yard. He was just about to climb it, when a wailing sound reached his ears. The big cat frowned and swiveled his ears around to catch the sound better.
That's an odd sound... he thought.
It sounds sort of like a kit...His curiosity got the best of him, so he pushed through a gap in the fence along his boundary and went to investigate. Sure enough, it was a kit, and it was being swept away by the river. Vlad's eyes widened and he dashed down to the riverbank at just the right time to snatch the kit out of the water. He immediately began licking it to warm it back up. Finally another cat appeared, and its eyes were frantic. Vladimir guessed that the kit belonged to this cat, so he called out, "Hey! Dis is your kit, da?"
The cat yowled and scrambled over to his side of the river. "You found him! Thank you, thank you so much for saving him!" The cat gripped the kit in its jaws and ran off. Vlad did the same, dashing back up to his territory with a satisfied smile on his face. He didn't even realize what a strange scent that other cat had.
